WHAT ARE FAKE NAILS?
Fake nails can be put on and removed at any time. Easy to carry and wear, they are different from the traditional manicure with nail polish that is put on and then removed, instead fake nails can be used many times.
HOW LONG DO FAKE NAILS LAST?
With double-sided adhesive, they can last up to about 5 days. With Fasunidy’s solid gel, they can last up to about 3 weeks or longer.
ARE FAKE NAILS REUSABLE?
Yes, only if they are removed properly.

DO ALL SETS OF FALSE NAILS HAVE DOUBLE-SIDED ADHESIVE INSIDE?
Yes, all sets come with a kit consisting of: 1 base “Fasunidy 1,” 1 solid gel “Fasunidy 2,” 24pcs double-sided adhesive,1 alcohol pad, 1 file, 1 nail stick.
Each of the kit components can also be purchased separately.
BETTER SOLID GEL OR DOUBLE-SIDED TAPE?
WHY DO FAKE NAILS COME OFF WITH DOUBLE-SIDED TAPE?
- The size was chosen too small or too large
- Air bubbles formed between the fake nail and the natural nail during the gluing process
- Too little glue was used to paste the tip
- A length proportionate to the base was not laid (1/3)
- The tip step has been filed down too much, i.e. worn out In all these cases it is advisable to remove the tip and repeat the operation
WHY DO FAKE NAILS COME OFF WITH SOLID GEL?
- The UV lamp is less than 50 watts and is not illuminated long.
Reminder: For nails with dark colors, if the 50-watt UV lamp is used, the UV light cannot penetrate. With Fasunidy’s UV lamp, on the other hand, there is no need to worry.
CAN I FILE MY OWN RECONSTRUCTED NAILS?
Yes, of course, but be very careful. If you file too much, you risk damaging the restoration because you have changed the thickness of the nail. We recommend a 100/180 grit file if you are inexperienced.

We can ship all over the world, but the shipping cost will change depending on the location.
WHEN WILL THE PRODUCT ARRIVE?
Your package will be prepared and shipped within 2 business days from the date of purchase.
– Italy: 2 – 3 business days. (Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia: 3 – 5 business days)
– Europe: 5 – 7 business days
– Out of Europe: 7 – 10 business days
Please note: Shipping and Delivery are two terms with different meanings! Shipping is defined as when the package is entrusted to the courier, while delivery is defined as when the courier brings the package to the customer.
WHEN IS FREE SHIPPING SCHEDULED?
Free shipping is provided (total value of product):
– In Italy, over 18.00 euros;
– In Europe, over 38.o0 euros;
– Out of Europe, over 58.00 euros.
HOW TO TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You can track your shipment in the My Account then Order section or by entering the tracking number at the logistics site link TNT for Italy and FedEx for other countries.

Yes, but only in Italy.

You can pay with a credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE THE REDUND?
You will receive the refund within 24 hours; it mostly depends on the bank.

HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
Shopping at fasunidy.com is quick and easy, just click on the desired product and click on the shopping cart icon.
At this point a black bar will appear that says “The product has been added to your cart” and a “View Cart” button. Click on “View Cart” and a page will open where you can check the products you have chosen with their prices, the quantities that can be changed, the total, and the shipping charges if applied.
You can also have a discount if you have the coupon code by clicking on the “Apply Coupon” button. Automatically, the system will apply the discount reserved for you.
Now, you can click on the “Proceed to Payment” button. The Checkout page will open, where you will have to fill in all the fields by entering your shipping information for your order.
Then, select the payment method you want (PayPal, credit card, etc…) and click the “Complete order” button.
Note: If you are already registered, click on “Click here to log in,” where two fields (email and password) will appear to log in with your account. If you are not registered, you can fill in all the fields to enter your information and check the box “Create an account”.
CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER?
To cancel the order, send an e-mail to ORDINEFASUNIDY@GMAIL.COM.
WARNING: If the goods have already been shipped, we are unable to cancel them (normally 1 – 2 business days).
