PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO HYGIENE ISSUES WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS FOR REASONS OF CHANGE OF MIND OR TO REQUEST A DIFFERENT SIZE/STYLE.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.

ACCORDING TO THE EU POLICY, IF THE CUSTOMER RECEIVES THE GOODS, YOU CAN REQUEST A RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS WITHOUT ANY REASON.(RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL UE ARTICLE 9 OF CONSUMER RIGHTS DIRECTIVE 2011/83/UE)

IN ORDER TO BE RETURNED, THE ITEM MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

  • ITEMS MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH THEY WERE RECEIVED.
  • ITEMS SHOULD NOT BE USED, WITH ALL THE TOOLS IN THE APPLICATION KIT.
  • PACKAGING MUST BE THE ORIGINAL ONE
  • YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE PHOTOS OF THE ITEMS AND WAIT FOR US TO CHECK THEM OUT

WARNING!

  • RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT, AS PER ARTICLE 14 OF DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

  • IF THE ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AT ORDINEFASUNIDY@GMAIL.COM
  • THE PACKAGE MUST BE RETURNED ORIGINALLY WITH ALL TOOLS INCLUDED.
  • THE COST OF SHIPPING WILL BE BORNE BY THE SELLER.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Submission of the Return Request

  • In the order management area, you can easily submit a return request.
  • Select the quantity of products to be returned and provide the reason for the return.
  • If the reason for the return concerns the quality of the product or any damage, a photo of the product must be provided.
  • These photos should reflect the actual state of the product at the time of receipt to ensure a quick refund process.

2. Verification and Approval

  • Our professional team will carefully review your return request.
  • Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

3. Shipping of Returned Products

  • After receiving the confirmation e-mail, please provide the address and available time for the courier pickup appointment.
  • We would send a pdf of the waybill to be pasted on the package.

4. Processing of Reimbursement

  • Once we receive the returned products, we will complete the refund processing within 14 business days.
  • The refund will be made to your account used for payment.

Important Notes

  • We strongly recommend that you carefully read and understand our return policy, especially the section on providing accurate photos of the product to avoid refund rejection.
  • Be sure to ship the returned products to our warehouse within the specified time, otherwise this may cause delays or prevent processing of your refund.
  • The return policy may include some special situations or additional conditions, so pay attention to those details.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.

Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories that may have been received with the order.

In the event that the Customer receives defective merchandise, or that errors occur in shipments by fasunidy.com, the Customer is required to follow the same instructions as above.

Fasunidy.com reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise and bear the cost of shipping the merchandise back to its premises.

Returns may be refused and sent back to the Customer if the items show signs of use.

All returned items are subject to inspection by fasunidy.com and must meet all parameters listed in the return procedure.

Customized items cannot be returned.
